Jabrae is right -- this is a good ethnic cookbook, with mostly vegetarian meals to prepare. The directions are simple. If you would like to surprize your parents with your culinary talents, check out one of our hundreds of cookbooks at the library. (Did I mention we have whole books about cupcakes?)
